2. DISCLAIMERS

Customer understands that the mini-courses are created to help them learn new skills and assist with finding their own direction. The Program may offer guidance regarding business decisions, but it is the responsibility of the Customer to make the final decision and choose the best option for themselves.

Customer acknowledges that the Product has been designed by the Golden Experience Guide for general educational and informational purposes only. By using the Golden Experience Guide’s services and purchasing this Product, Customer accepts any and all risks, foreseeable or unforeseeable, arising from such a transaction. Customer agrees that the Golden Experience Guide will not be held liable for any damages of any kind resulting or arising from the use or misuse of the Program. Customer agrees that use of this Product is at the user’s own risk.

This Product does not include:

  1. individualized advice and feedback;
  2. procuring business or potential Customers for Customer;
  3. performing any business management services for Customer;
  4. therapy sessions or any form of behavioral therapy;
  5. publicity, public relations, and/or social media marketing services;
  6. legal or financial advice.

Customer acknowledges they are solely responsible for the amount and type of income they generate by implementing techniques provided in the course. The Golden Experience Guide cannot and does not guarantee financial results.


3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

The Golden Experience Guide mini-courses are developed for educational purposes only. Customer agrees to:

  • Complete all provided materials, assignments, and resources;
  • Take full responsibility for their results and outcomes;
  • Not copy, share, or distribute course content.

4. PAYMENT & FEES

(a) Upon execution of this Agreement, Customer agrees to pay the full purchase amount for the Product, regardless of what payment option is selected.

(b) Payment plans are subject to strict adherence, and late payments may result in loss of access.

(c) Customer authorizes Golden Experience Guide to charge the payment method provided at checkout for all payments due.

(d) No chargebacks are permitted.


5. REFUND POLICY

All sales are final for this Product. Due to the nature of digital programs, no refunds will be issued.


6. ACCESS RIGHTS

Upon purchase, Customer will have access to course materials for 12 months from the class date. After this period, access will be revoked unless otherwise agreed in writing.


7. NON-DISCLOSURE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content provided is proprietary and may not be shared, duplicated, or used for commercial purposes.


8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Golden Experience Guide from any claims arising from the use of this Product.


9. ARBITRATION & GOVERNING LAW

Any disputes arising under this Agreement will be resolved via arbitration under California law.


By purchasing the Product, Customer agrees to these terms in full.
